Submitting a form or calling us does not create a binding service agreement. Online descriptions, pricing expectations, photos, and examples are informational. Final pricing, scope, schedule, and availability depend on property condition, surface type, access, safety, location, water availability, and review by The Stream Team.
Free estimates are provided when practical, but some jobs may require additional information, photos, or an on-site walkthrough before final pricing can be confirmed.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and property information, making the property reasonably accessible, securing pets, unlocking gates, identifying fragile items or known problem areas, and sharing HOA, property manager, parking, water, or access restrictions before service.
If conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, materially different from the information provided, or outside the agreed scope, The Stream Team may reschedule, adjust the estimate, or decline the work.
Service Results
We work carefully and professionally, but final results can vary based on age, condition, staining, oxidation, prior coatings, drainage, organic growth, surface damage, and other property-specific factors. Some stains, rust, oil, paint, oxidation, or deeply embedded discoloration may not fully remove with standard cleaning.
